• You request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription
• You have not violated our Terms of Service
• You have not excessively downloaded or copied our prompt library

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Subscription renewals (only first-time subscriptions eligible)
• Requests made after 14 days from initial subscription
• Account suspensions due to Terms of Service violations
• Change of mind after extensively using the service
• Team plan downgrades or member reductions

3. How to Request a Refund

Required Information:

• Your account email address
• Subscription start date
• Reason for refund request
• Order/Transaction ID (if available)

4. Refund Processing

Refund timeline:

• Review: 24-48 hours to review your request
• Approval: Email confirmation within 2 business days
• Processing: 5-7 business days to appear in your account

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime without penalty:

• Go to Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
• You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No automatic refund for partial unused periods
• Re-activation available anytime before account deletion
